Job Description
● Research and identify building or construction material suppliers based on project requirements.
● Act as a point of contact between the company and building/construction material suppliers.
● Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and building material suppliers.
● Process purchase orders to acquire goods.
● Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
● Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.
● Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company.
