● Manage the entire product development process.
● Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
● Define Roadmaps and visions for all products.
● Collaborate closely with both the scrum and product development departments to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.
● Align stakeholders around the vision for the product and conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product to clients.
● Owner of product discovery, the iterative process of reducing uncertainty around a problem or idea to make sure that the right product gets built for the right audience.
● Prioritize needs.
● Complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.
