Job Description

-Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, preparing related documents for payment, banking, shipment and delivery schedules -Professional in foreign correspondences for both import and export purposes -Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from Pre-Invoice to shipping documents -Follow up the purchase orders -Monitor and follow Import and export laws and customs clearance -Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods -Fluent in the process of registering orders -Fluent in Incoterms and Shipping Principles -Reporting to: GM

Requirements

-BA/ MS in Commercial or related fields -5 years of related experiences -Ability to generate report -Good knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures good negotiating and purchasing skills -Self-motivated -Ability to work under pressure -Active and enthusiastic for self-development -Fluent in speaking, writing, listening in English language -Good IT skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) -Preferably male candidate -Proper skills for formal communication through written text -Working with minimal supervision
