Job Description
● Managing forecast meetings, ordering, and following needed actions according to MOM (including finished goods, API, under license, and production-based items)
● Managing API and finishing goods level stock according to the Sales-In budget, identifying shortages according to suppliers' LT, and clarifying delivery dates of products for the foreign procurement team.
● Reviewing monthly sales forecasts for the next 15 months and challenging the marketing team in order to make sure their forecast is accurate.
● Developing a monthly importation plan for the next 15 months of all products and entering data into the system.
● Controlling sales and stock on a daily basis and providing reports.
● Preparing monthly MOH rolling forecast and updating related systems of this organization.
● Controlling all data in the system and making sure all data is accurate for reporting.
● Negotiating with IT, foreign procurement, Logistic and other stakeholders to make sure all processes of product flow in the system be done.
● Improving the supply chain's current dashboards and planning to create new dashboards and reports by coordinating IS team.
● Providing related daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales, importation, production, and stock.
