Job Description

• Design of piping system with PDMS • Full working knowledge of international codes, standards such as ASME, API, ASTM. • Advanced knowledge about piping design in refinery plants • Advanced knowledge of IPS design codes • Reviewing vendor documents and finalizing vendor data based on project requirements • Advanced knowledge about design/drafting principles and practices. • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. • Experience with design and/or construction of plants. • Proficient in the following software: PDMS, AutoCAD. • Knowledge of Navis Works. • Experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Pro • Working knowledge of P&ID development and evaluation; required • Preparation of Piping Deliverables Such as Line List, Valve List, Piping Material Take-Offs. • Coordinate with the site construction engineer to modify the engineering changes. • Coordinate Activities between Design Office and Construction Teams. • Respond to Technical Queries (TQs) and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs). • Resolve On-Site Design Problems, Applying Field Change Design (FCDs) and Issue modified drawings • Coordinate with the site construction engineer to modify the engineering changes. • Working hours: Full time
