Job Description
-Calculate and control the monthly payments, tax and SSO lists -Preparing the regular and occasional reports for upper management team, financial department -Manage employee insurance -Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws, and stays current on regulatory changes -Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data -Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers -Manage Settlement process
Requirements
-Proven experience as a payroll supervisor, payroll specialist or similar role -Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws -Familiarity with payroll software -Good with numbers -A keen eye for detail -An analytical mind and good math skills -Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) -Excellent proficiency in Excel
