Objective of the role:
We are looking for an agile, energetic, smart and self-learner HROD specialist to support and contribute to the specific functions for our department.
A career as a Organization & HR Development Specialist will provide the opportunity to develop deep knowledge and skill sets in 1 or more HR fields (e.g. Talent management, HR Operations, performance management and Organization/staff Development systems, Succession Management, etc …)
List of responsibilities:
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, Review and revise (as necessary) job descriptions and job specifications and conduct analysis to determine appropriate job evaluating and set job level according to job evaluation and classification guidelines
Assist with Develop and implement performance appraisal models and feedback programs; coaching managers and personnel on performance review process and appropriate feedback
Participation in Design and create employee’s career path
Participation in designing and developing human resources systems by use of successful global experiences
Participation in designing and implementing talent management and succession planning system
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures for HR department
Assist with Design & Provide organization chart, Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods.
Coordinate with employee for development plans and performance management
Participation in designing and leading the internal assessment centers (managers assessment, talent assessment, employee assessment) and planning the IDP for them
Participation in implement and updating competency model
Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys
Having Process approach to flow down job activities based on organizational strategy model.
Reporting to: Organization and performance Development Manager.
Having good knowledge about job analysis model such as Mercer, Hay, Dacum, G2O, etc..
University Qualifications: At least Bachelor degree in related majors, specially Industrial Management,HR Management, MBA with length of previous experience
Having 2-4 years of experience in HR development, experience in Telecom or ICT/IT industry is a *plus
