Job Description

•Main Objective: NPS callback team consists of NPS agents who call the detractor customer of the business and convert them to the promoter by creating an emotional band and solving the issues of the customers. NPS Senior Supervisor has the ultimate responsibility for the overall performance and budget of the team. They will make decisions regarding the people, the processes and performance of the division. •Main Responsibilities: -Championing quality -Hiring and training of the new agents -Being responsible for performance management (e.g. setting objectives and reviewing KPIs) -Identifying areas of under performance -Creating performance improvement plans -Conducting internal reviews -Implementing the processes uniformly in team -Creating and maintaining a positive culture

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree -3 years of experience in related field -Leadership skill -Able to generate good reports -Good communicator -Excellent teamwork, and interpersonal skills
