Job Description

-Administration infrastructure, including Microsoft Services e.g Domain controller, AD-File server-WDS-WSUS-Exchange, Monitoring, databases, Antivirus, Backup, SCCM (Microsoft system center) -Familiar with Linux operating environments. -Administer and maintain monitoring solution (Network & Application) -Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and other system -Follow up with clients to ensure issues has been resolved -Setup and administer virtual machines (esxi/vcenter) -Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. -Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns -Support help desk team to resolve requests -Review network/application logs -Report network and system situation to IT management -Familiar with ITIL concept -Familiar with Information Security Concepts ISO27001 (ISMS)
