Job Description

Mission: • To develop sales support and merchandising project plans, schedules, policies, processes and system capacities required to kick-off or boost sales and provide requirements, spec reviews, and remedial actions to ensure efficient support of MTN Irancell sales teams • To drive the implementation and improvement of the global sales support and merchandising tactics for MTN Irancell • To develop and implement sales support process controls ensuring department compliance with corporate CI guides and regulatory standards Task Complexity: • To initiate, plan and execute top priority Sales Support and Merchandising activities based on communicated sales plans, oversee seamless implementation and facilitate cross-team or cross-functional collaborations • To actively participate in identifying new dearler shops and business opportunities regarding project execution or delivery of sales support and merchandising • To ensure all designed merchandizing and internal design items are in compliance with company CI guide and external authorities • To oversee seamless stock delivery process of merchandizing items, also project implementation and vendor quality on installations • To analyze and look through various reports on field visibility to improve MTNIrancell store’s and digital Center’s look & feel • To manage change within the Sales Support and Merchandising projects and evaluate risks and assess potential impacts on project delivery • To plan, manage and control budget related to Sales Support and Merchandising projects, contracts, equipment and supplies; also support S&D finance team to execute financial plans and related forecasts • To design, develop and oversee evaluation/selection policies for eligibility of shops to receive grades based on MTNIrancell requirements across the country • To ensure connect and store shops (including but not limited to their systems, databases and equipment) are catered appropriately by MTN Iran cell and communications/notifications are provided seamlessly by related teams across regions • To oversee the support processes provided to connect and store to ensure seamless sales and support delivery for MTN Irancell customers • To design, develop and oversee policies related to deployment of merchandising items across the country in order to ensure local market sales visibility and promoting the same • To initiate and support new Sales Support and Merchandising projects or programs that boost sales activities, whether directly or indirectly, to improve current business sales targets or enhance team engagement • To provide various sales support reports, also benchmarking report of competitors preparing executives with enough data to make well-informed decisions

Requirements

Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or a related discipline • Academic degree or certifications in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management or Graphic is preferred • MBA/Master’s Degree is advantageous Experience: • Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/industry • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous • Experience in Commerce or e-Commerce/Product Management & Merchandising/Sales Operations/Supply Chain is preferred Knowledge: • General knowledge on Telecom industry • Experience measuring sales support and merchandising performance • Proven knowledge in dealing/negotiating with third parties (on business/commercial issues) • Strong Office Suite skills - • Strong financial and analytical acumen • Experience with BI solutions • Strong business savvy and sales operations’ knowledge; ability to use analytics to convince others of the best solutions • Understanding of the sales support processes and the stages of a deal/contract Training: • GSM Technical understanding • Enterprise system knowledge • Financial management skills • Supply chain management skills
