Job Description

• To develop purchasing plan and tactics based on company strategies and policies and communicate this to all relevant managers and teams • To translate business strategies into tactics and programs to enhance Procurement and supplier management performance • To manage and oversee purchasing, maintenance and administration of all MTNIrancell properties according to legislation laws and regulations • To manage and also deliver plans on optimization of MTN Irancell’s properties utilization such as site rollouts, any kind of property developments, selling the property and etc. • To manage suppliers' improvement and development plans to assure MTNIrancell desired quality is met in terms of sourcing and supply chain • To establish and maintain a strategic relationship with MTNIrancell key suppliers • Excellence and Compliance o Managing and overseeing compliance with all Import and supply Regulatory issues o Supporting vendors in IOR( Import Order Registration) and Custom clearance and other regulation issues • Sourcing & Procurement o Develop and put in place PPPs for sourcing and supply chain o Create and maintain procurement agreements framework o Manage Purchasing Order process • Define Supplier Performance Measures o Establish the measures by which the supplier will be managed. o Agree with supplier and wider business before implementation. o Set and agree processes for improvement / escalation SLAs • Qualify New Suppliers o Mange and oversee the process of new supplier pre-qualification. o Validate key supplier measures (for example history, capabilities) and supply risk factors o Ensure all developed and measured quality factors are linked to sourcing and supply chain strategy • Supplier Performance Management o Manage the overall process to ensure continuing supply of goods and services in accordance with agreement. o Develop and manage ongoing measurement and reporting of supplier performance o Ensure all contract SLAs are in place and actions are accordingly taken o Regular and frequent review of actual performance versus target measures, o Take lead and manage the process of Risk Management for sourcing and supply chain o Define required Supplier Management objectives dependent upon category, spend and criticality • Contract Management o Oversee and manage all procurement contracts life cycle o Develop and duplicate the Supplier Relationship governance model


• 5 years or more management experience; with at least 4 year qualification in Supply Chain Management or related • MBA / Masters Advantageous • Fluent in English • Strong knowledge of procurement/tender and contracts management
