Job Description

• Liaise with Marketing, Network Group, ITS, PR and Finance to ensure EB marketing objectives will achieve • Support Senior Manager Enterprise Business Sales to facilitate the understanding of target markets for sales Contribute in Developing and maintaining the EB high level strategy as well as segmented/functional/product strategies • Develop, maintain and update Marketing plans for MTNIrancell Enterprise Business considering EB business plan and sales targets • Validate business specifications and financial feasibility assessment for new markets/products for approval • Develop robust tariff/pricing strategy considering CRA Obligations and the scope and depth of MTNIrancell Enterprise P&S and market opponents • Monitor the positioning of MTNIrancell B2B P&S pricing and ensure it is competitive based on market trends. • Develop plan for retention of MTNIrancell B2B customers in the high value segments • Develop MTNIrancell B2B market research and data analysis approach to ensure increase of forecasting accuracy and alignment of all EB Marketing Strategies with market trends and rivals • Initiate MTNIrancell B2B marketing activities and policies to promote Enterprise P&S and to make awareness over the brand for Business segment • Develop the advertising plan and manage the advertising activities of EB with collaboration of Marketing which leads to client acquisition • Develop and maintain brand and media (including Social Media) approach to extend visibility of MTNIrancell B2B brand • Plan and forecast EB Marketing department budget align with initiatives and business plans • Ensure identification of appropriate positioning for MTNIrancell B2B Brand and use of segment marketing approaches for driving uptake and revenue. • Monitoring and responding to the competition environment through design and conduct of in time and effective moves related to promote Enterprise P&S area. • Initiate MTNIrancell Enterprise brand awareness programs to enrich the brand value within the market • Provide sponsorship strategy based on MTNIrancell Enterprise P&S, brand roadmap and positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Financial /Marketing / Communication) • MBA / Masters Advantageous • Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in B2B Business • Experience working in a medium to large organization • Experience in B2B Marketing in ICT field is advantageous
