Job Description
1- Ability to select tools, pre-setting tools, offsetting tools, programming boring CNC machine with SIEMENS 840D controllers, referencing the machine, basic knowledge of maintenance, ability to charge the tool changer, measuring with machine with Renishaw, knowledge of checking machine table and calculate the offsets. 2- Ability to use measuring devices such as caliper, micro meter, dial gauge and other digital tools 3- Ability to read and recognize different type of drawings and tolerances and having good knowledge of calculation with ability to solve the dimensional problems in drawings
Requirements
1-Minimum 5 to 7 years experiences in machining workshops especially in boring CNC machines. 2- Minimum Associate degree in machinery or equivalent degrees (18 months certificate in CNC machining or machinery or manufacturing from TVTO is must). 3-Intermediate knowledge of English to understand the documents and standards. 4-Have not any physical problems such as walking problem, lifting problems and etc. (preferred a person without eye glasses) 5- Familiarity with PAMA machines or similar one is an advantage.
