QI Post is an international courier company headquartered in Mannheim, Germany. For our office in Tehran, we are looking for an experienced logistics and operation supervisor well familiar with procedure of international courier or cargo business to be responsible for the overall operation of the transportation. Main Responsibilities: - Managing and coordinating operational activities to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective processing of shipments - Complete responsibility for inbound, outbound international transportation operations - Monitoring shipments especially air shipments from the first mile all the way to the last mile delivery - Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance, resolve problems; and address the company needs - Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning - Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures - Actively engage with the leadership to implement new operational improvements and new services - Being able to care for inquiries of sales team from booking state to the final delivery - Cultivate a network of business partners within the transportation and logistics industry both domestically and internationally - Maintain a working knowledge of the company's specialty services, internal and external resources, competitive strategies, and customer requirements
