Job Description
● Supporting the legal team on all legal matters related to the company and its subsidiaries, including corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters.
● Assisting in the handling of disputes through external lawyers.
● Preparing, drafting, and reviewing various types of contracts, memoranda, legal letters, and similar documents including notices, warnings, revocation/termination, declarations, etc.
● Overseeing filing and submission of applications with the Company Registration Office concerning the incorporation of new companies and changes in existing entities.
● Process management of filing relevant applications and attainment of required licenses from Securities and Exchange Organization (“SEO”).
● Preparing required internal reports as well as reports for submission to relevant supervisory authorities.
● Ensuring legal policies and procedures are in place to conform with the company and supervisory authorities’ requirements.
● Conducting required legal and business research on referred subject matters.
