Job Description

● Provide and revise various contract drafts, general terms and conditions to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations in both Farsi and English. ● Provide advice and solutions on legal issues and referral contracts from other units. ● Provide advice and solutions to contractual issues referred from other departments. ● Handle the claims of the parties to the contract and terminate them in the interests of the company. ● Preparation of periodic reports on the status of contracts. ● Attending meetings incapacity of the legal representative with various internal and external stakeholders and providing legal analysis, drafting legal documents.
