Job Description

Divar Android app is a multi-million user application that is a crucial part of Divar's business besides IOS application and Web. We are looking to hire a lawyer and a senior expert in litigation and a legal advisor. A lawyer and a senior expert in litigation and a legal advisor is a person who is proficient in law and can provide legal advice and services to the company, teams, and all parts of the company that are facing legal issues, and assist the group in making the right decisions in litigation and legal matters. ● Represent the company in courts. ● Conduct necessary research based on company demand. ● Consult other departments on legal affairs. ● Express opinion over procedures and documents prepared within the company from the legal point of view. ● Proceedings to participate as a plaintiff and to appear in court and defend cases against the company as a defendant. ● Appear in the courts and providing the necessary explanations and information to the judicial authorities where the company has been invited as an informant. ● Prepare bills related to cases for or against the company. ● Prepare and respond to declarations. ● Set notices and responding to correspondence is the nature of lawsuits. ● Extraction of judicial opinions in the legal fields of the company in order to use in the interests of the company. ● Attend negotiation meetings related to resolving disputes arising in the company's interactions with third parties, both natural and legal persons (landlords, contractors, etc.). ● Provide consulting services to other teams of the main company and subsidiaries.

Requirements

● Having an Attorney License. ● Have a master's degree from a reputable university in the fields of e-commerce law, intellectual property law, international trade law, criminal law and criminology, and private law, respectively. ● At least five years of experience in legal cases. ● Having good general knowledge of English. ● Good negotiation skills. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Mastery of domestic laws and regulations, including civil law, Islamic penal code, civil procedure, criminal procedure, commercial law, electronic commerce law, etc. ● Having high self-confidence and ability to manage the situation in the face of judicial authorities and etc. ● High articulation and having the power of reasoning and analysis of issues. ● Mastery of the procedure for writing petitions, complaints, bills, and legal correspondence. ● Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the Internet business environment. ● Having good public relations and the ability to establish team and group interactions. ● Being creative and having a high speed of action in doing things. ● Having a searching and curious spirit to solve problems and come up with different solutions to solve the problem. ● Tireless in pursuing matters and not being discouraged by repeated unanswered questions. ● Mastery of negotiation techniques and interaction with groups outside the organization. ● High ability to plan and schedule tasks.
