Job Description
• Manage, maintain and develop system and services infrastructure for retail environment; such as data security, high availability, and performance tuning and monitoring. • Teach the help desk team and working alongside developers and preparing and creating reports from system status and utilization. • Manage and control access to the resources throughout the company and integrating different technologies and services to work towards a same goal.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience as a System Administrator. • MCSE (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WDS, WSUS, IIS, Group Policy, PowerShell Scripting, ADCS, DFS, Software Deployment,). • Hands on Experience with managing Microsoft SharePoint and Exchange. • Manage HP/DELL Server. • Good Understanding About VMware Infrastructure. • Backup Solution (Veeam, Backup Exec) • Good Knowledge about Monitoring tools such as: Zabbix, PRTG, Splunk, solarwinds. • ITIL is a MUST. • Comfortable with working after hours or in odd times and under pressure. • Challenging spirit. • Happy to learn new things. • Goal-oriented . Would be Plus if you have: • Working experience with setting-up, scaling and maintenance of telephony systems based on PBX. system such as Asterisk. • Experience with Managing Infrastructure or Application on Public Cloud Such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Aws. • Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines such as Gitlab) • Security certifications such as CISSP and etc. • All of our locations are tobacco free. • Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 9 AM - 17 PM, Thursday 9 AM – 1 PM
