Job Description

Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to design and implement the infrastructure solutions required by the organization and ensure the adoption of the most cost-effective approach to achieve the organization's digital goals. ● To lead, design, develop, and provide the infrastructure resources, ensure alignment with the architectural vision and map the macro goals of the infrastructure team based on the organization's goals. ● To collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and align the IT infrastructure. ● To ensure the accuracy of service performance (end-to-end). ● To monitor the implementation, check, and ensure the implementation of ITIL processes in the organization. ● To design and ensure the implementation of infrastructure services architecture based on international standards. ● To monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of existing infrastructure services and identify improvement opportunities. ● To ensure the availability, and accuracy of performance and maintain the confidentiality of the organization's information. ● To maintain the appropriate security levels in the infrastructure in line with IT security policies, procedures, and processes. ● To manage the infrastructure projects and ensure the planned improvement. ● To ensure consistent quality for all sites and affiliate businesses. ● To plan the budget for infrastructure equipment, considered technologies, and ensure no deviation from the plans.
