Job Description

This Job Role is responsible for the coordination and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Main Accountabilities: - Ensure 2nd Level assurance support activities - Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management - Be involved in troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls - On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility

Requirements

Required Personal Skills: - Ability to handle multiple concurrent issues under high-pressure situations with accuracy. - Ability to work efficiently as a team member in project-based or operational tasks - Good command of English Required Technical Skills: - BS+ degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Related Fields - 5+ years professional experience in requested fields - At least two years’ experience in NOC engineer role - Deep knowledge on networking concepts - Deep knowledge of Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols and technologies - Having CCNP & CCIE level knowledge - Expert at Routing & Switching - Experience in network security domain and having firewall configuration experience - Good knowledge and experience with Cisco network & network security products - Understanding of service provider networks, internet network architecture - Good knowledge in related data center active infrastructure and systems - General understanding of network design. - Experience working with network monitoring tools - Experienced in troubleshooting and optimizing systems in live operational environments - Solid troubleshooting/debugging skills - Having ITIL knowledge and working experience with Incident Management and Change Management - Certification in related fields is a plus
