Job Description

-Performing due diligence, financial modeling, developing valuations and preparing relevant business valuation documentation - Examine & assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies - Prepare business plan and term sheets -Makes decisions about financial and investment opportunities -Meets with an investment team to stay up-to-date about economic & market situations that impact on companies.

Requirements

-At least 3 years relevant experience as an Investment Analyst preferably in a VC -Academic background in finance from a leading university -A strong foundation/understanding of financial statement analysis (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements and business planning) -Expert in Microsoft office suite specially Excel -A proven track record of effectively and strategically negotiating complex financial transactions and knowing company valuation techniques -Proficiency in oral & Written English, as much of the work will be conducted in English
