Job Description
- Co-designs and implements IT infrastructures, solutions and services - Maintains, administers, monitors, diagnoses and troubleshoots IT infrastructures includes servers, storages, routers, switches, virtual environments and etc - Protects and maintains the integrity of the company’s data resources through storage management and backup and recovery procedures and implement required action for disaster recovery operations and business continuity planning - Provides technical support as a tier 2 support to end users when requests are escalated from the Service Desk - Leads and assists in the development of bids and proposals for procurement of equipment and services - Provides out of hours/on-call support for scheduled maintenance and system failures - Maintains detailed, up to date documentation of system configurations, network topologies, management procedures and vendor support contacts
Requirements
Education: - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field and/ or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience: - At least 3 years of work experience in similar position Knowledge & Skills: - Must have working knowledge and experience with all or at least the majority of the following: • Microsoft Windows Server Family • Microsoft Active Directory, Terminal Services, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Skype for Business and SharePoint • Virtualization using VMware vSphere Virtualization • Cisco Routing & Switching • Cisco Unified Communications Manager • Security Solutions (Firewalls, Antiviruses, …) • Monitoring and management tools - Familiarity with ITIL framework - Good knowledge in data model design concepts and tools - English language proficiency level: ILR-3 (Professional Working Proficiency) Behavioral qualities: - Flexibility, Accountability and Self-discipline - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills - Complex Problem Solving
