Job Description

-Purchase in limited time with the best quality and minimum price that lead to our company satisfaction -Sourcing and make vendors for various supplies & services -Searching for new suppliers and finding valid sources for internal purchase -Interact closely with vendors and internal clients -Effective Negotiating and bargaining with suppliers -Purchasing at the right time, with right quantity, favorable quality and appropriate price -Managing payments and following up invoices from moment receiving order to payment -Continuous and long term relationship with suppliers -Technical and commercial evaluation of supplier offers -Inspecting and monitoring the suppliers commitments -Monitor compliance against the purchasing Policy and regulation -Trying to make the internal applicants satisfied -Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance -Preparing high quality tender documentation -Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices -Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of purchase -Managing invoices from generation to payment -Performing tasks within the budget, timeline, and quality expectations -Comprehensive understanding & experience of purchasing strategies -Deep understanding of the principles of vendor management -Ability to manage multiple priorities
