Job Description

- Conduct and follow up Training and Development Plans - Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction - Designing and developing competency model and publishing competency dictionary - Implementing training and development programs - Benchmark new HR & OB tools and strategies - Training and development need assessment - Analysis of the human resources statistics - Designing and follow up IDP process - Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions - Improving organizational chart

Requirements

- Master degree in management of various orientations - 2 years experience in similar positions - Good knowledge on human resource processes - Ability to design and implement HR development procedures - Proper communication skills and good public relations - Fluent in English - Good office skills - Ideal Age Range: 24 - 35
