Job Description
Dealing with all hiring issues (Recruitment, selection, interviewing, training, development, etc.) from A to Z (Planning, execution, evaluation, and continual improvement of the system).
Main responsibilities:
● Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
● Participate in the hiring process by selecting qualified job applicants or referring them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
● Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
● Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
● Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
● Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
● Maintain and update human resources documents, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
● Implement on-boarding of newcomers.
● Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning report.
