Job Description

-Working with the recruiter and hiring managers to develop a recruiting strategy and perform full cycle recruitment activities including, candidate sourcing, interviews and evaluations of candidates for all open positions -Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating -Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees -Complying with labor law and other legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions -Handling training activities including need assessment, executing training sessions followed by assessing the effectiveness of each training activity, providing necessary feedback for future programs -Assisting in job analysis activities such as competency mapping and providing job profiles -Handling performance management activities including holding goal setting, feedback and review sessions, performing employee bonus calculations -Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization -Making effective recommendations on the supervision, review, hire and termination of assigned staff consistent with overall company policy -Assisting coordination of employee related events (cycle meetings) -Handling employee health insurance paperwork and provide related financial monthly reports -Developing, implementing and overseeing Human Resource policies and procedures, strategic plans, reports, forecasts and projections and statements, and reports consistent with generally accepted -Assisting in handling office issues including infrastructure and facilities -Maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and professional relationship with external constituencies -Assisting in formulation and determination of management policies and regulations and is responsible for maintaining confidentiality concerning such matters

Requirements

-B.A or higher university degree in related fields -Minimum of 5 years of experience in different HR disciplines -Great command in MS Office software -Ability to read and comprehend English articles and being familiar with HRM English terms -Adaptability and cooperativeness -Great teamwork ability
