Job Description

• To planning personnel budget as well as HR & Administration department budget and preparing annual budget is given format by finance department. • To conducting budget-forecast-actual comparison and comment on deviation. • To develop and improve the existing HR data model and reporting structure. • To prepare regular and ad-hoc report s and dashboards for senior management and head quarter. • Definition, preparation and analysis of HR relevant KPIs. • To develop proposals for further enhancements of HR reporting and controlling systems.

Requirements

• Experience required for the candidate of the position 4-6 • Education level required is Bachelor of university • Be competent in writing and speaking in English, prefer to speak Turkish • Perfect program knowledge and good level required MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint,...
