About the Opportunity: The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing high level HR support across a wide range of functional areas, including performance management, ethics, compliance and reporting, leave management, compensation and benefits and staff development. Our ideal candidate for this role will have prior comprehensive HR experience as a generalist. We at DrDr(a subsidiary of Lyan Capital Group) are looking for an Hr Business Partner who is passionate about the many quirks of HR, eager to learn new skills and spearhead projects, and has a good sense of humor. In this role you will be responsible to: • Implement Compensation & Benefits, administer contract & payroll process, and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and total rewards and resolve any issues that may arise and ensure compliance of all processes with labor regulations; • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential, you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole; • Implement Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes; • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates; • Conduct employee on-boarding and assist to organize training & development initiatives; • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace; • Undertake development and implementation of human resources policies; • Undertake tasks around all aspects of Performance Management; • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews; • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form; • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new benefit programs and organizing team building activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment and track record of implementing key HR initiatives; • Demonstrated ability to facilitate in efforts to foster interpersonal and institutional belonging, dignity and justice; • Strong knowledge of human resources practices, policy & procedure, labor laws, and compliance requirements; • Proven ability to act as a coach and advisor and successfully communicate and mediate with both management and staff; • Proven ability to manage confidential and/or sensitive information; • Flexible, creative, problem-solving approach to work challenges; • Prior experience with an HRIS, HCM or ERP systems and MS Office; • Organized, logical, detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred: • 5+ years HR Generalist or Business Partner experience and/or HR certification; • BSc/BA in Business administration, Human Resources, Management or relevant fields
