Job Description

•Main Objective : -Iran Argham is looking for a HR Senior Expert who assists Human capital manager, according company’s policies and procedures •Main Responsibilities: -Maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices -Design organizational structure and HR processes -Provide performance metrics for individuals and units -Provide Human Resource New Ideas and Comparative Study of them -Provide analytical reviews of human resources -Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements -Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs -Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices -Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates -Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations -Redesign and improvement of HR processes based on the company's macro policies -Reporting to: Chef Human Capital officer -Working hours: Saturday –Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 16:30 p.m.

Requirements

-At least Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering and other relate field -At least 5 year experience in the same position -Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word -Knowledge of Human Resource Management -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Creativity -Highly motivated and Innovative -High degree of multi-tasking -Reporting skills -Accountability and flexibility -Fluent in English Language
