Job Description

At Yektanet, we are looking for a teammate in the HR admin position with the following competencies: ● Maintaining and updating all of the HR team's information systems. ● Maintaining employee records. ● Completing the existing documents and working on the new ones. ● Collaborating in administrative and recruitment processes. ● Providing employees' attendance data. ● Preparing paper works for HR policies and procedures. ● Analyzing employees’ requests and providing relevant information.

Requirements

● At least one year of relevant work experience. ● General knowledge of HR processes. ● Excellent verbal and negotiation communication skills. ● Being careful, orderly, and meticulous. ● Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Intermediate English skills. ● Reporting ability. ● Familiarity with labor laws and insurance processes. ● Fluent in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
