Job Description

-Helping procurement to find proper supplier for most service requests, specifically general services -Evaluating team’s performance according to their set targets and feedback from managers and the team -Continuously tracking the general services quality of works through controlling the forms, policies -Evaluating the general service suppliers according to their performance and updating the general service supplier -Scheduling working shifts, especially in holiday, night shifts and special events -Forecasting all consumable items in the company and monitoring their usage -Negotiating with general service suppliers for getting the best price -Controlling all company energy bills to be paid at the right time -Taking over all items about facilities of terminated employees -On-boarding new employees about GS policies/facilities -Supervising 5 GS operators and 2 service men -Any Other issues regarding general services -Solving inter-section issues and conflicts -Service vendors list

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree -At least 3 years experiences in general services, administration, office management and similar fields -Strong supervisory skills -Detail oriented and hardworking attitude -Good communications -Good Knowledge in M.S. Office (Mostly Excel) -Good Knowledge in English (Mostly Correspondences) -Preferred Gender: Female -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
