Job Description

- Responsible for the month end management accounting, including multi-currency reporting. - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. - Produce monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts, and provide insightful commentary to the Board of Directors. - Manage and report the cash flow in an agile way by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. - Oversee payroll process, credit policies, credit control and annual audits. - Update and implement financial policies and procedures. - Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. - Responsible for moderate to complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements. - Perform advanced accounting functions requiring thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principles and practices. Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions and correct problems. - Responsible for routine accounting activities. - Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, balance collection, etc. - Preparing TAX & SSO accounting, reports, seasonal reports, and declaration forms, internal & external reports. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls. - Managing Insurance issues, cash and bank transactions. - Support other team members whenever required so as to ensure an effective teamwork of the accounting department and other departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, Master degree preferable. - Minimum 5 years of experience. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc...). - Commitment to the team, willing to produce successful results efficiently, ready for challenges and mastering existing knowledge. - Proven analytical and accuracy skills. Requires attention to details. Procurement and contract Management experience is preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Good analytical and problem solving skills.
