Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities: - Perform feasibility study, business evaluation, deal structuring, due diligence and valuation for strategic projects (M&A transactions, new business lines, partnerships) - Conduct comprehensive financial and valuation analysis, including detailed financial modelling for refining, chemical and other strategic projects - Contribution to executing group-wide strategic projects, end to end M&A transaction and major investment projects - Conduct market trend and industry analysis and preparation investment materials and presentations to assist with strategic decision-making

Requirements

Knowledge & Skills: - Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills - Proficient in use of Microsoft software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Strong interpersonal and communicational skills - Expert in market studies and opportunity framing - Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication - Familiar with fundamentals of economics, management and strategy - Proficiency in English language both written and spoken Requirements: - 5+ years of working within investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate strategy / finance - Extensive knowledge and previous track of financial modelling, M&A advisory and valuation - Oil & gas industry experience preferred Education: - BSc. / MSc. degree in finance, economics, business, or MBA Behavioral qualities: - Self-motivation - Passion to learn - Strategic thinking - Risk Taking - Analytical Thinking - Result-Driven - Self-Management - Time Management
