Job Description

● Track, update, and monitor all projects and ongoing services costs. ● Provide periodic and timely report. This includes milestone reports, analytic reports, etc. ● Review project and ongoing services time and cost budget and to ensure compliance of the budget in each phase and preparing reports. ● Follow up payments for vendors, service providers, and consultants and control all payments, and manage the cash flow of the IT department. ● Cash management of the project and ongoing services, prepare cash flow reports in coordination with the cost consultants, and heads of departments for preparing updated forecasts, and accurate cash flow forecasting. ● Prepare budgets, for both operations and development activities, and prepare budget reports. ● Control records and ledgers for all financial transactions of projects and ongoing services. ● Control reconciles the records with vendors and clients on a timely basis. ● Assist in implementing the accounting system for projects and IT department, in the coordination of the group accounting system implementation. ● Assist in preparing finance policies and procedures for the project and IT department in coordination with the group policies and procedures. ● Calculate and prepare delivered service costs and distribution between all cost centers. ● Liaise with both internal auditors and external auditors. ● Prepare P&L forecasts for the project and IT department as part of the corporate model forecasting of the group. ● Prepare all management accounting reports as requested by management. ● Perform other activities related to the all-projects implementation project as the need arises to ensure successful delivery of the project or other activities as delegated by Managers.

Requirements

● Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, detail-oriented, Team worker. ● Basic knowledge of the systems engineering approach to design, development, integration, and product support. ● Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain policies and procedures. ● Strong management financial reporting skills and techniques. ● Experience in the identification, monitoring, and reporting of project financial-related risks. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and preparing spreadsheet reports, and ability to develop and update schedules, create reports and provide analysis using Excel and JIRA, Confluence. ● Experienced in providing Business Intelligence reports and management-level reporting. ● Experience in statistical analysis and a basic understanding of information technology. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong communication skills when gathering information, interpreting data, and presenting results to stakeholders. ● At least 3 years of experience in project development. ● Familiar with IFRS. ● Preferably a qualified accountant with CPA, or ACCA. ● Experience in SAP FI/CO (good to have).
