Job Description

-Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information of Purchase orders -Controlling Income, cash flow, Payments & expenditure of Purchase orders -Preparing financial reports related to Procurement budgets, account payables, account receivables, and expenses, insurances, and Invoices. -Monitoring the day-to-day Procurement financial operations within the Procurement & Financial Department for proper invoicing, and other transactions -Expediting cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions including TT& LC -Maintain banking relationships and Proper Procurement money transfer -Arrange for Payment to vendors and coordination with Financial Department -Arrange for Receive Bound Guarantees from vendors -Coordinating with Procurement managerial staff and Owner and other expediting colleagues to follow Procurement financial trends -Developing policies that apply &work to minimize financial procurement risk

Requirements

-BA/BS degree or Plus in Accountancy or Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Studies, Management, Industrial engineering -Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance/Procurement Department -In-depth understanding of Procurement &Finance requirements with extensive knowledge in focusing on global Procuring and relevant activities -Accounting certifications or Training or Working career -Knowledge of Procurement Invoicing and expediting -Knowledge of Procurement Codes and Standards -Understand cash flow analysis and its application -Ability to follow procedures and workflows in the execution of Procurement -Ability to effectively present Procurement Financial information -Experience working in a team environment of procurement/specialists -Good Communication and interpersonal skills -Excellent Commercial and financial business awareness -Ability to stick to financial time constraints -Work collaboratively with Procurement managers and Owner and Suppliers -Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities important -Finance experience of abroad procurement in relevant Projects -Proficient knowledge about foreign exchange& currency transfer and practices -Excellent verbal, written and communication skills -Proficient in the Procurement Process and expenditures -Understanding Procurement cash flow analysis -Experience with MS Office products and Adobe PDF Pro -Sufficient English Writing& Reading -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 40
