Job Description

Main Responsibilities based on 3 required divisions: A) System Strategy - Supervising, Updating the company vision and mission. - Setting goals and strategies related to the system requirements and following them to be fulfilled. - Catching the statistics from the related divisions and set the time tables based on related periods. - Study, getting permission and supervising the management desired systems, reports besides, assigning the related employees in company to be able to prepare analytical reports for managements. - Studying, checking and confirming the company strategy and vision and mission. - supervising the engineering process to make it improved. B) Finance: - cooperating and supervising the company annual budget and checking divisions' expenses besides, receiving the reports from related divisions, then try to make analytical reports specially for management. - Receiving the reports from financial department including the reports about expenses, debts and incomes. C) IT: - Cooperating with the IT department based on making safe networking and penetration. - Observing company mechanism based on software and hardware, all list preparation in company, making archive systematically, system faults, application faults, upgrading the systems and software which are necessary based on employees performances. Work place in 2 different locations in commuting: 1) Tehran in central office 2) Parand Industrial City.

Requirements

- B.S in Industrial engineering management. - More than 10 years related experiences. - extensive experience at medium or large firms with over 400 employees. - Accurate about Financial division, IT division, system strategy and English language. - Being like a bridge between management and three other division for catching reports, then preparing the analytical report for management. - Able to coordinate, supervise, guide, and plan for the related division managers and related employees to make the system developed and educated. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong public and governmental sector dialogue abilities. - Ideal Age range: 40-55 years. - Gender preference: Male.
