Job Description

- Schedule & coordinate the various drilling services based on operational jobs in optimized time - Assist Project Manager to achieve optimized drilling services based on minimum cost & finest quality in EPDS project - Communicate and response to client for vendor approval, vendor visiting and sending and preparation the related technical documents - Responsible for dispute resolution and technical/financial claims with contractor and client - Supervise drilling services companies and monitor the progress at rig site on a daily basis - Participate in negotiations and implementation and final resolution of service agreements with contractors - Preparing, reviewing and initiating all drilling services Scope of Works, tender documents (technical parts), TBE/CBE of vendors, Call outs - Review & confirm the related drilling services invoices - Participate in termination phase of each service contract - Skilled negotiator with demonstrated ability to achieve cost reduction - Executes other related duties as assigned by PM
