Job Description

About Snapp: Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran. Responsibilities: ● Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan ● Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads ● Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings ● Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. ● Setting up campaign events on the web and app ● Building target audiences on ad platforms ● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. ● Measure and accurately report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). ● Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies ● Track performance of all marketing campaigns ● Own and maintain a timely record and control of digital marketing expenses in line with the agreed budget framework

Requirements

● 3 to 5 years of solid performance marketing experience involving campaign management, analytics, and e-commerce. ● Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords. ● Knowledge of e-mail marketing, SEO, ASO, SEM, basic HTML, setting user requirements, and working with external vendors/ad agencies. ● Average English knowledge (understanding, and writing). ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. ● Comfortable working with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders. ● Ability to work in a team. ● Strong negotiation and communication skills. ● Ownership. ● Commitment to deadlines, and time management. ● Flexibility. ● Customer focus. ● Familiar with legal terms, and contract conditions.
