Job Description

● To research, investigate and introduce the best opportunities and innovative ideas/ services in the digital area in order to maximize revenue, expand MTNIrancell's digital basket, and open up new revenue stream channels especially on Fintech (temporary), advertisement, API ecosystem, AI, and new technology trend. ● To contribute with Irancell Labs, Vista, and Digital Platforms team to run quarterly digital events in order to seek and identify new unique digital MVP solutions and then make a process to empower them in an appropriate way in terms of financial /non-financial resource allocation. ● To get involved in customer adoption of digital wallet and advertisement solution in terms of adding new merchant/leverage cashback mechanism and also new inventories and customer for advertisement platform. ● To stay aware of related regulations, market trends, and competitor activities on Fintech (temporary) and advertisement and Open API area. ● To persuade top management to accept competitive marketing and business schemes with less attractive financial projections. ● To escalate issues, fraud cases, misconduct, and business difficulties to the line manager for further actions. ● To analyze market conditions, sizing and evaluate market needs and demands, and suggest new business opportunities. ● To prepare and plan business and sales targets according to desired and determined goals. ● To constantly act as business development consultant of digital enablement platforms, and products/services to business partners. ● To prepare business, marketing, and sales roadmap and formulate and implement marketing, advertising, and technics and tactics of the assigned per P&S vertical. ● To capture and raise digital product requirements from a business perspective and address them to relevant internal and external teams. ● To review digital products/services to ensure their compliance to set business objectives, license, and product document description (PDD) to gather requests and suggest changes on digital products and platforms according to business objectives. ● To drive provisioning of market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, competitive and situational analysis, and communication plan for ATL/ BTL in cooperation with brand and product team for assigned projects. ● To generate monthly and weekly performance review reports of project progress versus business objectives and sales targets. ● To plan and follow digital enablement projects life cycle management plans according to approved roadmaps and milestones. ● To define, execute and oversee the entire digital campaign and deal with different business partners to deliver them. ● To negotiate, convince, and onboard new businesses on the assigned projects to be able to initiate and act upon to increase the brand and business value of platforms, products, and so on. ● To lead resolution of complaints and issues raised by the digital team and CR regarding assigned projects against BPs until their resolution.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or IT. ● Master's degree in Commerce (Marketing, or Business Management) or related fields. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in managing cooperation with BPs. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
