- Planning and executing technical assessment of freelancer CVs - Monitoring our freelancer resource based on skills and experience - Planning and executing English assessment of freelancers - Executing the process of gathering reviews for freelancer’s experiences - Planning and executing on-site and email support of freelancers - Planning and executing claim management processes - Managing talent pool and hiring for WINaTALENT internal projects

Requirements

- At least 1 year related experience in Operation field - Very good knowledge about IT and programming fields. (no need to be a programmer) - Perfect English proficiency - Hardworking , with a Process-based mind, competitive and target oriented character.
