Responsibilities: - Developing the Maxim service in Tehran; - Managing the staff; - Organizing quality passenger service; - Creating conditions for cooperation with drivers; - Analysis of the industry and competitors; - Organization of advertising campaigns; - Promotion activities (outdoor); - Monitoring the work processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MBA, engineering and economic from reputable universities. Advanced degree is a plus. - At least 1-3 year of work experience - Able to work as part of a team - Good knowledge of computer - Independent; self-driven; well organized; inspires confidence in self, the product, and the company -Good conflict management skills - Works well under pressure. Demonstrates sound business judgment, common sense and insight - Analytical skills; you must have an eye for detail! -Prepare scheduled reports to the regional director - Leadership and organizational abilities - Readiness to work outside of the office; - Availability of a personal vehicle to ride around the city. -Ability to speak English or Russian fluently - Having Military service certificate -Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35 - Salary: start from 36.000.000 IRR
