Job Description

•Main Objective: -We need CRM Business Analyst that can translate the languages of business, development, and data into an actionable plan and responsive CRM technologies; then empower & provide guidance to a build team throughout implementation •Main Responsibilities: -Collaborate with business partners and delivery teams (internal and external) to elicit, develop, document, and manage business and technical requirements -Create user stories, gather requirements, prioritize, and drive feature growth through collaborative SDLC process and vendor partnership as appropriate. -Ability to translate campaign and program strategy into executable programs in CRM responsive Products. This often involves taking broad definitions of an audience and identifying the specific fields and values necessary for effective segmentation. -Provide CRM automation expertise and direction to Marketing teams through consulting, documentation and training -Trains existing users on new CRM processes and other training as required -Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data across various systems -Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by evaluating current processes and recommending new solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities -Deliver complex projects with a focus on speed and outcomes that matter -Directly author supplemental requirement artifacts such as process flows, context diagrams, use cases, and wireframes -Establish meaningful traceability between business requirements, technical requirements, and architecture design which illustrates a deep understanding of business processes and the technology ecosystem -Employ skills in Project management, business analysis, operational excellence and business partnering -Map and illustrate how applications are connected and how data flows throughout the technology ecosystem and understand digital marketing platform integrations with IT systems -Passion for marketing technology. This role will lead the enablement, innovation, integration, and architecture of our strategic MarTech stack -Support essential marketing operations in Salesforce ecosystem in conjunction with other team members

Requirements

-Between 4 to 6 years of experience performing in the capacity of a Business Analyst or similar role -Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience -Experience with CRM Products and solutions such as Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce as a Business Analyst or in a similar role -Demonstrated basic ability to use SQL tools, Excel -Ability to work with Cross functional teams -Knowledge of various Marketing Technologies and tools -Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and platforms -Experience in applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, planning and independently executing tasks in a structured manner -Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills with ability to tailor communication style based on audience -Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop strong interdepartmental and cross functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment -Ability to explain technical details to non-technical person in business terms -Demonstrated ability to deliver business-oriented solutions across a portfolio of projects -Thorough understanding of Agile and Object Oriented methodologies -Proficient in Microsoft Office technologies (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point)
