Job Description

- Previous experience working with contracts in Upstream Oil & Gas projects. - Strong attention to details. - Create, Draft, and revise a variety of contracts with customers. - Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. - Meet with customers to discuss both legal and Contract matters. - Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation. - Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. - Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions - Possess excellent written and oral communication skills. - Problem-solving contract-related issues.

Requirements

•Experience over 8 years in the field of contracts especially in upstream oil and gas projects or working in the related projects as expert, engineer, etc. •Familiar with EPC-EPD, E & P projects •Ability to interpret and collect the claims of the projects •Graduated in Technical, Engineering, Earth Sciences, etc. and acquainted with Incoterms, civil law, legal and technical terminologies, purchase orders, etc •Strong and determined personality •Solid understanding of legal and contractual terminology. •Have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
