- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
- Assisting in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements.
- Manage ICT inventory
- Installation of Desktop, laptop, tablet, server, printers and other required infrastructure components and perform upgrades and replacements of these components, whenever necessary.
- PABX management and administration
- Accurate and complete documentation of processes
- Administration and maintenance of corporate domain and clients
- Delivery of detailed periodic reports to the Head of Infrastructure
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSc in IT/Software/Hardware Engineering.
- Other certifications obtained: MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, Network+, ITIL Foundation, MCP, Mikrotik Engineer, Administering e-mail and anti-virus systems.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years’ experience in system engineering.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability to work as a team member, excellent communication skills.
