Job Description

The role: As an HR Operations Executive — Payroll, you’ll be the point of contact for all matters related to compensation and benefits. With regular salary benchmarking, you’ll help design and implement salary structures that enable us to attract and retain the best talent. You’ll also be responsible for administrative duties that ensure smooth operations and create a productive and organized workplace. Challenges: ● Be the point of contact regarding general HR issues. Implement company-wide policies and help team members understand and comply with these policies. ● Help us create competitive compensation plans and benefits programs by analyzing salary reports and other relevant market data. ● Keep our payroll records up-to-date. This includes the collection and calculation of data and the maintenance of leave and payroll records for 50+ team members. ● Perform payroll processing and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports. ● Liaise with banks and relevant government offices such as the Social Security Organization (SSO) and the Iranian National Tax Administration (INTA). ● Provide administrative support during the implementation of payroll policies. Your strong knowledge of local labor laws and best practices will be crucial here. ● Collaborate with the office management, recruitment, and accounting teams and support talent management efforts. ● Help the team plan and manage company events and daily tasks.

Requirements

Minimum requirements: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant fields. ● Extensive experience in popular office applications and HR management systems such as the Hamkaran system. ● A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, autonomy, and integrity. ● Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Exemplary organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Persian.
