Job Description

● Perform and coordinate commercial activities such as sourcing, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase. ● Supervise custom clearance procedures by the associated service provider. ● Supervise and coordinate the shipment of goods with the supplier and forwarder. ● Supervise order registration process with the Ministry of Commerce and NTSW. ● Obtain CRA approvals for order registration and custom clearance processes. ● Document control, and making sure all required information and documents are in place. ● Probation period: 1 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, every other Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. ● Based in Tehran, Saadat Abad.

Requirements

● Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills. ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● An acquaintance in NTSW, EPL, and CRA portals. ● An acquaintance in ordering, banking process, customs, and clearance. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel). ● Being a team player with strong organizational skills. ● At least 7 years of experience as a commercial expert. ● Fluent in English. ● Full-time position.
