Job Description
Our projects are international and usually involve small size residential projects. Under 10-story - You mainly will do structural design, detailing and drafting of our projects. - All drawings and calculations will be prepared in English language. - You might have the option of relocation to another city in future if you wish. - This will be a full time position and well paid enough. Requirements
- B.S. or MS in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of structural design/calculation experience, analysis, design, detailing experiences of Concrete, Steel, Wood, CMU projects. - Familiar with ASCE, IBC, ACI, NDS codes - Strong drafting Skills with Auto Cad - Can work with Etabs, SAFE software. - Can work with Sketch up software- preferred - Be familiar with the design of wood constructions – based on US code - preferred - Familiar with woodworks software-preferred - Familiar with shoring design / software - Knowledge of post tension design - (Preferable but not mandatory) - MS. Office, word, excel, etc… - Have basic knowledge of excel programming and formulas - Fast learner, hard worker. - Fluent in English with English certification
