Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting • Maintain and continually improve upon financial/operational systems, controls and processes, for internal efficiencies and risk mitigation. • Following the loan process of the Company • Manage banking and institutional investor relationships and optimize cash management in multiple currencies. • Preparation of financial report (monthly) • Review key contracts to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• The CFO is a senior role that needs a high level of experience so at least 5 years of professional experience is needed. • Maximum age of 45 years. • At least bachelor degree in financial management or accounting is a must. • Low-ego, high-energy leader and always seek to make those around you more successful. • Data-driven and goal oriented; success measured both quantitatively and qualitatively. • High level of integrity and act as a financial steward. • Experience with accounting and general office software systems • A CFO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. • Being fluent in English is a plus. • Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. • To be able to work as a member of a team is a must.
