Job Description

- Act as contact point between CEO and internal/external stakeholders - Manage daily CEO Diary and arrange affaires which are assigned by CEO - Schedule CEO meetings and appointments and follow up - Coordinate with other stakeholders in order to ensure that all meetings are well organized - Review, proofread, and format all correspondence prepared for CEO signature to ensure their accuracy and completeness - Prepare background information and required documents for CEO meetings - Assist CEO with efficient time management - Make travel arrangements (visa, ticket, hotel reservation...) for CEO if needed - Provide support in line with CEO’s work routines and preferences - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for CEO if needed

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree is required - At least 5 years of experience in similar position - Excellent organization and communication skills - Perfect attention to details - Being very precise, responsible, punctual, respectful and a good team player - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) - Fluent in English
