Job Description

● Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. ● Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend cost-effective changes consistent with compensation trends and the organization’s objectives. ● Manage functionality and data integrity of HR systems, focusing on implementing the UltiPro system across the global organization and work to ensure HR systems and data are efficiently utilized, maintained, and available throughout the global organization. ● Drive annual review and documentation of salary planning, working with home office managers and country leaders, executives, and finance to ensure plans are aligned with business objectives and are easy to administer. ● Responsible for compensation analyst, including job analysis, internal and external equity reviews. Conducts annual benchmarking of pay ranges and recommends changes. ● Maintain and update the US salary structure while supporting the HR Business partners with global salary structure and internal/external equity reviews.

Requirements

● Knowledge of all regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation. ● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ● Strong leadership and team management skills. ● Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management. ● Fluent in English.
